Site-specific generation of Herceptin radioimmunoconjugates and their in vivo evaluation by PET

A chemoenzymatic approach has been successfully employed to generate various 89Zr-labelled Herceptin conjugates with a high level of purity. The utility of these constructs in an in vivo context was assessed by PET.
