DESCRIPTION:How can one describe the essence of the Polish Left? Is she a 
 sister of the Western left-wing movement\, as both still draw from the ide
 as of the same founders? Or perhaps\, after a century of developing in vas
 tly different historical circumstances\, Western and Polish left-wing move
 ments have become two very distant relatives? Are the challenges faced by 
 Western and Polish left-wing movements similar or entirely different? How 
 much can both branches of the Left learn from each other to better address
  issues such as social radicalisation and populism?\n\nOur speakers for th
