DESCRIPTION:\nStatus: This talk has been cancelled\nThe DOCK8 Immunodefici
ency Syndrome is characterised by a failure to generate long-term T cell d
ependent protective immunity\, associated with absent affinity maturation.
Our findings suggest that the absence of DOCK8 causesdefects downstream o
 f the B cell receptor\, which result in a failure of B-T cross-talk when a
ntigen is limiting. These effects are associated with reduced B cell survi
val\, which is amplified in the germinal centre.\nSpeakers:\nProfessor Ric
 hard Cornall (University of Oxford)
