 ly at clinicians in training). The workshop is open to everyone interested
  in health care. \n\nIn this highly interactive workshop\, we will be play
 ing BRICK HOSPITAL\, which is already part of official specialty training 
 in Denmark and an integrated part of an elective subject on leadership and
  process management for medical students at Aarhus University\, Denmark. T
 he workshop is open to everyone interested in health care. Professional he
 alth care skills are not a pre-requisite for attending the workshop but mo
 tivation for game-based learning is important. \n\nPlaying the game BRICK 
 HOSPITAL\, will increase awareness about patient flow and introduce tools 
 that can help optimize flow for health care professionals on the ground or
  those aspiring to manage a clinical department or a hospital. \nBRICK HOS
 PITAL is a LEGO-based game where each player is given a series of tasks re
 lated to the patient’s journey through the hospital – from admittance 
 to diagnosis and treatment through to discharge. Through several rounds of
  the game\, using reflection and facilitated improvement processes\, the p
 layers are given a unique insight into interdisciplinary team-work and opt
 imization of patient flow using game-based learning. \n\nSpeakers:\nRasmus
