DESCRIPTION:This special symposium for Oxford Postgraduate and Early Caree
 r researchers is an opportunity to share "where you are at" in your resear
 ch with our vibrant community of women’s\, gender and queer historians. 
 It is\, more broadly\, a day to think about the state of play in these sub
 -disciplines and their relationship with each other. The day will consist 
 of various panels\, poster presentations\, and pre-circulated papers\, whi
 ch will allow attendees to consider these sub-fields of history - and thei
 r connections to other fields in the social sciences and humanities - in d
 iverse formats. \n\nThe "in-conversation" with Peter Tatchell\, which had 
 been announced for this day\, has been cancelled and will be rescheduled.
