DESCRIPTION:This Engaging with Evidence webinar session will investigate t
 he use of outcomes contracting as a potential approach to foster cohesive 
 cross-sector collaborations to improve social outcomes. We'll look at find
 ings from original research carried out by the Government Outcomes Lab\, B
 lavatnik School of Government\, as well as other practical examples from t
 he UK\, US and low- and middle- income countries. \n\nIn particular\, we
 ’ll be looking at The Kirklees Integrated Support Service Social Impact 
 Bond (KISS SIB)\, which is an exciting example of an outcomes-based contra
 ct structure serving to orchestrate a complex ecosystem of local providers
 . Seeking to support adults who face barriers to living independently and 
 who have historically experienced poor and fragmented provision from lots 
 of different parts of the state and voluntary sector – the KISS SIB brin
 gs together a wide range of areas from benefits and housing to mental heal
 th and the criminal justice system. What's at the centre of this\, is effe
 ctive stewardship carried out by The Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership.
 \n\nWe have an outstanding panels of guest speakers joining us\, including
  senior academics and policymakers and practitioners from Tufts University
 \, University of Oxford\, The World Bank and UK Government. \n\nThis webin
