 iser and pollster\, having previously served as the Senior Opinion Researc
 h and Strategy Adviser to Prime Minister Theresa May. In that capacity he 
 conducted opinion research and private polling\, and presented recommendat
 ions to the Prime Minister and the Cabinet\, as well as the rest of Whiteh
 all and the Conservative Party. James is now a founding partner of the lea
 ding polling firm\, J.L. Partners. In this capacity James has played an ac
 tive role in a number of strategic communication and political campaigns o
 n both sides of the Atlantic. He also provides media commentary on the lat
 est political and electoral developments – appearing regularly on Sky Ne
 ws\, BBC News\, BBC Newsnight\, BBC Radio 4\, and writing in The Times\, T
 he Telegraph and other publications. He now lives in New York\, leading JL
