DESCRIPTION:Following up on the success of the previous Oxford Mental Heal
 th Economics & Policy (OMHEP) workshops\, we are delighted to invite you t
 o the workshop titled “Strategic commissioning of mental health services
  in England: perspectives from local stakeholders” from 13:00 to 16.30 o
 n Friday 30th May at the Abraham Lecture Theatre in Green Templeton Colleg
 e\, Oxford.\n\n\n\nThis workshop will bring together commissioners\, local
  government\, policy makers\, charities\, clinicians\, and academics to sh
 are their views and discuss about how to move towards strategic commission
 ing in mental health at local level. The workshop is convened by Assoc. Pr
 of. Apostolos Tsiachristas and Prof. Belinda Lennox and is supported by Ox
 ford’s Department of Psychiatry\, Green Templeton College\, and the loca
 l NIHR-Applied Research Collaboration. It will include short-presentations
  from key speakers followed by panel discussions. Attendance and participa
 tion in the discussion is also open to academics\, NHS workers\, charity w
