DESCRIPTION:The Tinbergen Society are delighted to present Professor Nick 
 Davies FRS\, world-renowned behavioural ecologist\, to Merton College to s
 peak on the subject of his greatest work: cuckoo and host coevolution. As 
 recipient of the Frink Medal\, the Hamilton Prize and the Croonian Medal\,
  and as author of defining scientific and popular science texts\, Nick has
  built his reputation as one of the leading researchers in his field.\n\nN
 ick will give a talk on what he has learned over his 40-year career as a f
 ield naturalist\, with an opportunity for the audience to ask questions re
 lating to his field. His talk will be followed by a Q&A session.
