 tory behaviour and prejudicial attitudes across multiple areas of their li
 ves\, with these experiences accumulating over the life course.\n\nIn this
  seminar\, Valentina Di Stasio\, Professor of Sociology\, and Stefanie Spr
 ong\, Postdoctoral Research Fellow\, will present the EqualStrength projec
 t. This Horizon Europe-funded project aims to investigate cumulative and s
 tructural forms of discrimination through cross-national field experiments
  conducted in nine European countries.\n\nThe speakers will discuss the br
 eadth of their research\, ranging from analyses of setting-specific discri
 mination\, such as hiring discrimination\, to examinations of cumulative a
 nd structural discrimination that unfold simultaneously across multiple li
 fe domains\, including childcare\, employment\, and housing\, and that car
 ry over across generations.\n\nThey will also share how the findings provi
 de valuable insights into a potential pathway through which the effects of
  discrimination are passed on from one generation to the next.\n\nDan Muir
 \, Senior Economist\, and Katy Neep\, Head of Employer Engagement and Part
 nerships\, will close the seminar by providing insight into future researc
