 lthcare facilities\, drawing on the SafePani model in Bangladesh. Speakers
  will explore how professional service delivery\, verifiable performance m
 etrics\, and co-financing arrangements have enabled delivery of reliable d
 rinking water that is free from faecal contamination in community clinics 
 and rural primary schools at scale\, before considering the implications o
 f this research for policy reform\, accountability\, and the financing of
