 nçaise d’Oxford\, with the support of COST (European Cooperation in Sci
 ence and Technology) and the European Union.\n\nAuthored and edited by Liv
 ia Holden\, with a chapter by Dina Hadad on cultural expertise in common l
 aw and civil law systems\, and a chapter by Noora Arajärvi on cultural ex
 pertise across legal procedures\, the volume offers an unprecedented exami
 nation of how cultural expertise is produced\, mobilised\, and theorised a
 cross legal systems and institutional settings.\n\nThe launch will be join
 tly presented by Livia Holden (CNRS- University of Panthéon Sorbonne Pari
 s1) and Dina Hadad (University of Paris Nanterre).\n\nTogether\, the speak
 ers will address key theoretical debates\, legal frameworks\, and practica
 l challenges surrounding the use of cultural expertise in courts and publi
 c decision-making.\n\nThe event will be of particular interest to scholars
 \, legal practitioners\, judges\, and policymakers working at the intersec
