DESCRIPTION:This interactive workshop will take participants through the f
 ull journey of health service improvement\, beginning with the importance 
 of defining and understanding the problem before leaping to solutions. Par
 ticipants will consider how to approach problems thoughtfully\, experiment
  with designing interventions\, and reflect on the challenges of making ch
 ange in complex health systems. Through practical activities and group dis
 cussion\, the session will encourage participants to think critically abou
 t what makes interventions succeed or fail.
