OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.

he Oxford Seminar in the History of Alchemy and Chemistry will hold a Book Launch celebration for the Publication of Robert Fox’s book, Thomas Garnett: Science, Medicine, Mobility in Eighteenth-Century Britain (Bloomsbury Academic Press), and for Carbon: A Biography by Bernadette Bensaude-Vincent and Sacha Loeve (Polity).
The Launch will immediately follow the Oxford Seminar in the History of Alchemy and Chemistry (session 3-5 pm).
