Managing multimorbidity: a 21st century healthcare challenge
Rates of multimorbidity, the experience of living with two or more long-term health problems, are rising in the UK, with one in four adults now affected. Professor Rafael Perera will discuss the impact that multimorbidity is having on the NHS and global healthcare systems, and what can be done to better manage care for patients with multiple conditions.
