Adaptation to Climate Change
This meeting provides an introduction to Adaptation to Climate Change through a series of short talks. While Adaptation is commonly discussed in consultancy and academic circles it is not always well understood to people outside of these realms.
This talk hopes to attract people who are interested in climate change and the environment, and would like to know more on the subject of adaptation.
Hosted by Dr Helen Gavin of the ECI, and chaired by Hazel Dawe of the Oxfordshire Green Party, we are pleased to have the following speakers:
*ECI: Dr Mike Simpson will talk on Green Infrastructure
*ECI: Dr Julian Cottee will speak on Food Systems
*Low Carbon Hub: TBC
The format will comprise an introduction followed by 3 × 20min talks with a ~30 minute discussion afterward. Please feel free to arrive from 6:30pm.
