A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. The Halsbury Society, the law society of Merton College, is delighted to welcome Lord Justice Beatson QC, who will give a talk entitled ‘Challenges and Opportunities for the Independence of the Judiciary in the 21st Century’. There will be an opportunity at the end of the talk to ask Lord Justice Beatson questions.
