Stem Cell Neuroscience Forum: Transcriptomics and RNA sequencing
This an informal discussion group for graduate students, postdocs and senior scientists involved in stem cell-based neuroscience research.
Dr Michael Clark will be presenting his work on “Investigating gene expression with RNA CaptureSeq and full length cDNA sequencing”, while Dr Scaber will discuss “RNASeq in iPS Motor Neurons: Review of the literature and experiment design”.
