A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. 'The Walkable City' Book Launch

Join us to celebrate the publication of Dr Jennie Middleton’s new book ‘The Walkable City’. The book builds upon a decade of empirical and theoretical engagement with pedestrian practices that show how walking is both socially and materially co-produced.
The event will include a talk from the author, commentaries from key scholars, a Q&A session, and refreshments.
It will be held in Seminar Room 9 at St. Anne’s College, University of Oxford.
Jennie Middleton is Associate Professor in Human Geography in the Transport Studies Unit and School of Geography and the Environment, University of Oxford and Tutorial Fellow at St Anne’s College.
