On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

Almost all healthcare interventions involve groups of people with different roles and skills working together, whether or not these groups are called teams. Learning to work in teams is thus essential to achieving change. In this workshop, participants will explore their own personalities, how different personalities interact when working together and how teams can achieve better outcomes by working together more effectively.
Designed for present and past medical students, doctors in training and other healthcare professionals, this workshop will be interactive and involve small group discussions and exercises.
The workshop will be led by Maire and Paul Brankin, both members of Green Templeton College, who work with Chairmen, Chief Executives, senior managers and medical leaders in the NHS, helping them to develop their leadership and management skills.
