Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. Shavez Cheema is the founder of a conservation group on Borneo called 1StopBorneo Wildlife. He leads the Reforestation projects of the group and develops wildlife tourism projects for the local community so they can have a sustainable future to save the wildlife. His research was on the favorite food of Mammals by working on the ficus fruits. He leads specialised mammal watching trips on Borneo to sustain the organization’s efforts to save the flora & fauna. He has authored many field guides notably the Field Guide to Tawau Hills Park, Pocket Guide to Mammals of Borneo and the reason for his visit to London to launch the Borneo Nature Travel Guide.
