Using digital health technologies to optimise antimicrobial use
Tim is a Clinical Associate Professor in Infectious Diseases and Antimicrobial Resistance. He is associated with the Department of Infectious Diseases at Imperial College London and a core team member within the Fleming Initiative. He is also an Honorary Consultant in Infectious Diseases and Medical Microbiology at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

Tim will discuss “using digital technologies to optimise antibiotic use” focusing on experiences of using routine healthcare data, machine learning, and biosensors to optimise antibiotic prescribing. He will discuss current challenges and future directions for the field.
