Foreign experience in assessing the level of scientific and technological development
Nowadays, science, technology, and innovation for economic development is a critical strategic national priority. This policy priority gave an impulse to analyze foreign experience, searching for original scientific, technical, and innovation policy solutions. It resulted in the development of several government programs and projects.

This project’s primary attention is devoted to scientific and technological development issues in countries like Russia, including at the regional level. The author reviews and presents a set of cutting-edge perspectives on problematic topics of public administration in this area. A policy-oriented approach is proposed to achieve a new quality of public administration in the scientific sphere.
