OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Constitutional Morality: An Approach to Constitutional Interpretation
Surabhi Shukla is DPhil (law) student at the University of Oxford. She researches in the area of constitutional theory. The talk is based on her ongoing DPhil thesis which attempts to propose a methodological approach to constitutional interpretation based on an exploration of the value system behind each provision.
