OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.

2021 Ramsay Murray Lecture - Where China goes next: How authoritarianism, history and technology are creating a new superpower
This lecture examines the way that China’s past and future are being brought together in a bid to create a new, more powerful and nationalist China.
The Ramsay Murray lecture is the college’s most prestigious annual lecture, and recent speakers have included Trevor Phillips, David Reynolds, Bridget Kendall, Frank Gardner and Amanda Vickery. This year’s event will be held in person in the Quarry Whitehouse auditorium on Friday June 4th with live streaming available to alumni and friends at home and abroad.
