OxTalks is Changing
Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. From now until the launch of Oxford Events, new events cannot be published or edited on OxTalks while all existing records are migrated to the new platform. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period.
From 16th, Oxford Events will launch on a new website: events.ox.ac.uk, and event submissions will resume. You will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.
Great Minds event: dementia screening and risk factors
Dementias Platform UK’s Great Minds initiative is delighted to invite you to its second in-person live event.
We’ve brought together leading figures from Oxford University’s dementia research network to offer a rare, expert-led insight into the latest developments in the field.
Topics will include screening for dementia and the ‘facts and fiction’ around dementia prevention, as well as an overview of how to volunteer for dementia research studies. Attendees will also have the opportunity to put questions to our experts.
The event is aimed at anyone with an interest in dementia and dementia research – no specialist scientific knowledge is required.
