Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. From now until the launch of Oxford Events, new events cannot be published or edited on OxTalks while all existing records are migrated to the new platform. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period.
From 16th, Oxford Events will launch on a new website: events.ox.ac.uk, and event submissions will resume. You will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.
Hilda Sabato is Head researcher at the Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (CONICET-Argentina) and retired History professor at the University of Buenos Aires. She has been a fellow at the Princeton Institute for Advanced Study, the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences at Stanford, the Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin, the Davis Center for Historical Studies at Princeton University, and the Lateinamerika-Institut at the Freie Universität Berlin. Her books include, among others, The Many and the Few. Political Participation in Republican Buenos Aires (Stanford, 2001), Historia de la Argentina, 1852-1890 (2012), Buenos Aires en armas.
