I Can’t Believe My Eyes!
Neuroscientists Holly Bridge and Stuart Clare lead 25-minute workshops for visitors aged 8 and up, exploring what the brain does with the information it gathers through the eyes. Workshops will be held in the Ashmolean Education Centre and will run every half hour throughout the afternoon. Limited to 12 participants. Booking via the Ashmolean website in February.

Can Artists Help Us See Better?
Come and see work by internationally renowned artist Sigune Hamann alongside the museum’s famous Arundel Marbles in the Randolph Sculpture Gallery in the morning.

Can You Fix My Brain?
Brain surgeons from Oxford’s world-leading John Radcliffe Hospital will be in the Ashmolean atrium showing off some of the tools of their trade.

Artist Sigune Hamann discusses her work and its relation to neuroscience with Kia Nobre, Professor of Translational Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Oxford. Book via the Ashmolean Museum website in February.
