OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. The exact freeze dates will be confirmed as soon as possible.

In Conversation with Paul Dziatkowiec, GCSP Expert
Paul Dziatkowiec is a security and defence policy expert at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP). His work focuses on strategic risk, defence diplomacy, and geopolitical competition, with particular attention to how states adapt to emerging security challenges in an increasingly fragmented international system. He regularly contributes to policy discussions with governments, militaries, and international organisations, bringing a practitioner-focused perspective to contemporary security debates.
