Single Cell Multi-omics: Exploiting C1 Versatility for 96 or 800 Cells
Ken is a Fluidigm Senior Scientific Fellow situated at the Broad Institute. He has been developing single cell methods for ten years with a particular emphasis on increasing the number and types of analytes detected. The presentation will include discussion of single cell protocols for protein and RNA quantification in the same single cell, DR-Seq, RRBS, Cel-Seq2, and ATAC-seq.

Ken will be available to meet with interested researchers during the day.
