OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected to start before the end of Hilary Term to allow all future events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. The exact freeze dates will be confirmed on the Staff Gateway and via email to identified OxTalks users.

The UK Catalysis Hub are seeking input into a new data infrastructure for the UK catalysis community. This resource will enable data sharing and collaboration within and across different catalysis disciplines, in particular for advanced data-driven (digital) approaches to catalysis. It will be suited for both experimental as well as computational data, and seek to establish and promote best practices adhering to FAIR principles.
If you have relevant expertise or specific suggestions for shaping and delivering this new service hosted by the Physical Sciences Data Infrastructure (PSDI) you are invited to attend our workshop at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, Harwell Campus on the 13th March 2026.
