Foods of Tomorrow, Careers of Today
Join us for a feast of ideas about the future of food, and a discussion about the diverse research skills needed to drive forward the next food revolution. We’ll be hearing from Future of Food professionals – from researchers to founders and key players in the Food Tech industry – at pioneering companies including, Multus Media, Hoxton Farms, FermTech and Ivy Farms. Whether you’re a student, researcher, or simply curious about what to expect on your dinner plate in the next 5-years, everyone is welcome.
After the panel discussion, you’ll have chance to sample some of Somerville’s finest vegan/vegetarian food and network with speakers to hear about careers at the frontier of food science.
