OxTalks is Changing
On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

The Merton Equality Conversation 2015 - The Value of Equality: Towards a Fairer Oxford
The introductory talk at this, the second annual Merton Equality Conversation, will be given by ‘Trevor Phillips OBE’:en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trevor_Phillips. This will be followed by a discussion and Q&A, with panellists including ‘Mindy Chen-Wishart’:www.merton.ox.ac.uk/people/mindy-chen-wishart, Tutor in Law, Elizabeth Milne, Merton JCR Equalities Representative, and Hope Levy-Shepherd from ‘OUSU’s Campaign for Racial Awareness and Equality’:ousu.org/get-involved/campaigns/crae. There will be a drinks reception in the theatre foyer after the event.
