OxTalks is Changing
Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. From now until the launch of Oxford Events, new events cannot be published or edited on OxTalks while all existing records are migrated to the new platform. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period.
From 16th, Oxford Events will launch on a new website: events.ox.ac.uk, and event submissions will resume. You will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.
Translational Research Office Roadshow
The Translational Research Office (TRO) delivers support to translational research projects ensuring the progression of basic, biomedical and clinical research towards therapies, techniques and medical products with therapeutic value. The TRO works closely with the Division’s Business Development and Partnering team, Oxford University Innovations, the Biomedical Research Centre and NHS partners.
To launch the new TRO as well as the new round of Medical and Life Sciences Translational Fund, we are hosting three roadshows around Oxford. Join us at the WIMM on 3 May 2019 where we will showcase what support the TRO can give to researchers and discuss translational success stories. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
