Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. Prof. Jens Bukh,M.D. is a Professor of Virology, Copenhagen Hepatitis C Program (CO-HEP), Hvidovre Hospital and University of Copenhagen, where he is the Research Director and Programme Leader. CO-HEP engages about 25 investigators, including Associate Professors Judith Gottwein, Troels Scheel, Jannick Prentoe and Santseharay Ramirez.
Research Focus of CO-HEP: Positive-strand RNA viruses, with special emphasis on hepatitis C virus (HCV) and related viruses. Researchers work with in vitro and in vivo studies of genetic heterogeneity, pathogenesis, antivirals and vaccine development.
