World Leading? An Oxford-wide conversation on responsible leadership
Many Oxford postgraduates will go on to hold positions of responsibility around the world in different spheres of life. What is the nature of global leadership in the twenty-first century? What personal qualities are required to lead in a way that best serves the public good? The Oxford Global Leadership Initiative, an integrated research and practical project is seeking to catalyse a conversation in Oxford and beyond that will play a part in answering some of these questions.

In the first few weeks of each Michaelmas Term, Oxford University postgraduate students with an interest in global leadership are invited to participate in a series of leadership discussions and events. Those interested in taking the conversation further are encouraged to apply to be part of a global leadership learning community. This group will have the benefit of a tailored programme of discussions, guest dinners, and personal mentoring from senior leaders in their vocational field.
