A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Our first speaker raises a rarely discussed aspect of migration – what happens to migrants and asylum seekers at sea? The event will then move on to set out the kind of support that is offered by Freedom from Torture to survivors of torture who arrive in the UK escaping conflict and oppression around the world.
Both speakers will then participate in a Q&A chaired by Professor Rachel Murray, Director of the Bonavero Institute.
