Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. The Oxford Jewish Society are hosting a talk by Holocaust survivor Janine Webber at the Sheldonian theatre from 6-7:30 pm on Tuesday of Week 3 (31st of January). This will be a really powerful event, especially if you have never heard a Holocaust survivor’s testimonial before, as we are the last generation who will get to hear one first-hand.
