OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. The exact freeze dates will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Black History Month Exhibition Launch
Our Exploration of Black Womanhood at Oxbridge exhibition launch event will commence with a poetry performance by Dami Folayan. Dami is a final year PhD student at the University of Cambridge, where she explores the experiences of Black women at Oxbridge. Her performance will engage in a creative communication of her findings. Dami’s poetry responds to the textured and emotive experiences of Black women students at Oxbridge. Dami has a growing reputation as a poet and performer, and earlier this year, she was commissioned by the Royal Academy of Arts.
