OxTalks is Changing
On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

Syria Fundraiser for Jusoor
Syria Fundraiser for Jusoor
Please join us on Friday 20th November for an evening of Arabic music and mezze in support of Jusoor, a Syrian charity that provides scholarships for Syrian students to pursue their education abroad and which runs schools for 1700 Syrian refugee children in Lebanon.
The event will run from 8.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. in the St. Antony’s Late Bar and will be followed by the Arab Cultural Society’s termly social event for any attendees interested in dancing some dabke and socialising! Entry to the 8.00-10.00 event will be £10 per person, with all proceeds to go to Jusoor. Tickets are limited, so sign up to the following link!
