This session will cover the following topics:

Reproducible data analysis
R markdown and knitr
Using R studio to facilitate their use
Generating high-quality output from R

Session Objectives
At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

Understand the benefits of using an entirely reproducible workflow when analyzing data
Start using R markdown to generate documents containing code and/or output
