Energy and Climate Conversations: Bridging Ideas for Disaster Resilience
How can we build resilience against climate disasters in an increasingly uncertain world? This event, organised in collaboration with the ZERO Institute, will begin with a keynote by Dr. Jesus Lizana (University of Oxford), followed by a panel discussion featuring Dr. Matthew Free (ARUP), Dr. Rozana Himaz (UCL), and Anna Beswick (LSE), moderated by Nethmi J. Kariyawasam (DPhil Candidate, University of Oxford).

Designed as a networking opportunity for early career researchers and students, this session will explore climate adaptation, disaster resilience, and sustainable infrastructure. It will provide valuable insights into how interdisciplinary approaches can drive solutions for more resilient communities and infrastructure.

Join us for this engaging discussion and connect with experts shaping the future of climate resilience.
