OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.
If staff have any questions about the Oxford Events launch, please contact halo@digital.ox.ac.uk
“The French Have a Word for It” : Reflections on the mental health crisis, if there is one - Monica Fooks Memorial Lecture 2023
It is an unusual day in which there is not media coverage of the “mental health crisis”, most often in the context of children and young people, students and the world of work. However, it is not clear what this is, nor why. And if you want to find out what the French word actually is, all will be revealed on the day
