OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Needs Assessment: Clinicians engaged in teaching need to understand the importance of assessment and feedback, recognize barriers to effective feedback and know how to best use feedback to encourage optimal performance in trainees.
Learning objectives:
1. Recognize the importance of assessment and feedback for all learners at all levels
2. Describe barriers to effective feedback
3. Apply lessons from coaching to encourage peak performance in your trainees in clinic, at the bedside and in the operating room
