On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

Oxford Political Review (OPR) is celebrating the launch of its 14th print issue with a panel discussion on the narratives of the new political order.
Molly Andrews is a UCL Honorary Professor of Political Psychology, and Co-Director of the Association for Narrative Research and Practice. Her research focuses on political narratives, the psychological basis of political commitment, political identity, patriotism, and ageing.
Phil Tinline is a journalist and the author of The Death of Consensus: 100 Years of British Political Nightmares, which was named the Times’ Politics Book of the Year in 2022. His next book, Ghosts of Iron Mountain, about America’s political nightmares, will be published at the end of March.
