OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. The exact freeze dates will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Sir Vince Cable
Sir Vince Cable is a titan of British politics, having served as Leader of the Liberal Democrats, and before that Secretary of State for Business in the Coalition Government. This talk promises to be fascinating, covering his life and work- the trials and tribulations of coalition and his views on the future of British politics. Anyone with an interest in politics, liberalism or business would be welcome to attend – and there will be plenty of opportunity to field questions from the audience!
