OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. The exact freeze dates will be confirmed as soon as possible.

World Cancer Day 2026 – an introduction to cancer research at Ludwig Oxford
To mark World Cancer Day 2026, Ludwig Oxford is hosting a short, informal event introducing the work carried out by some of our researchers.
The session will include several breif, non-technical talks focusing on translational cancer research, followed by refreshments.
This event is aimed particularly at colleagues and professional services staff who would like to gain a clearer picture of what we do, how our work connects to patient impact, and how we fit within the wider Oxford research landscape. The session is open to everyone, and no scientific background is required.
To help us plan catering, please register in advance by completing the registration form.
