Could boredom actually be good for you? Come join us for a delightful evening to find out by exploring what happens in your brain when you let your mind wander! The St Edmund Hall Centre for the Creative Brain invites you to our termly event, “The Benefits of Boredom”. Dr Sandi Mann from the University of Central Lancashire will explain why boredom is an important emotion, enabling our creative thinking.
