A key aspect of many IF/IHC experiments is performing the correct analyses of your images to collect meaningful data. Join Proteintech and Dr Lukasz Chrobok for tips on where to start and which method is best for you.

The workshop will include:

- Image analysis with ImageJ/FIJI for beginners

- Types of images (colour channels, stacks) – Image processing

- Measuring intensity

- Measuring area fraction (binarization)

- Thresholding

- Adaptive thresholding (e.g. Bernsen filter)
