Based on learning from our pilot workshop, colleagues in the University Careers Service have updated this workshop to enhance its practical application, specifically with postdocs in mind.
This workshop will be facilitated by Dr Rachel Bray, Careers Adviser for Researchers, and lunch will be provided.
The aims are to

Enable you to invest time in your career thinking and activities,
Reveal the core employability skills you have developed in your research environments,
Find ways to describe your skills appropriately for applications to various sectors or roles, and during networking
Identify any key gaps and plan how to fill them in enjoyable, achievable ways.
